The eight services
- Local Cottonwood moves — two-mover or three-mover hourly inside the Verde Valley. $159/hr or $209/hr, blankets and dollies included.
- Long-distance moves — interstate flat rate down I-17 to Phoenix, up to Flagstaff, and beyond to Vegas, Denver, and the coast. Same crew, both ends.
- Residential moves — Old Town adobe homes, mesa stucco ranches, and rural acreage with a long dirt-road driveway.
- Apartment moves — Old Town lofts above Main Street, Verde Santa Fe rentals, Jerome hillside cottages with hand-carry-only access.
- Full-pack service — we bring the boxes, the paper, the wardrobe cartons, and the labor. Popular with the Sedona-corridor relocation crowd.
- Piano and specialty — uprights, baby grands, gun safes, and workshop tools through tight doorways or down Jerome switchbacks. Silas’s specialty.
- Short-term storage — climate-controlled by-the-week at our Old Town yard, for closing-date gaps.
- Commercial and office moves — Old Town storefront relocations, Cottonwood-Clarkdale industrial-corridor sites, Prescott Valley office parks.
How the pricing actually works
Local jobs are hourly with no minimum padding past the first hour. Long-haul is a binding flat rate written in advance, signed before we load. Specialty add-ons (pianos, safes, switchback shuttle runs) are quoted as line items on the same estimate so nothing surprises you on moving day.
