Privacy policy
This page explains what information North Desert Moving collects when you visit northdesertmovingllc.com or request a moving quote, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. Colton signed off on the plain-English version below — if you have a question Marisol hasn’t already answered, use the contact page.
What we collect
- Quote-form data — your name, phone, email, origin and destination address, target move date, and any notes you add. We need this to write your flat rate.
- Standard site analytics — anonymized page-view data so we know which service areas are getting traffic. No name attached.
- Call records — if you call the office line, Marisol logs the date, time, and the quote we wrote you. No call recording.
What we do with it
We use quote-form data to write your quote and run your move, full stop. We don’t sell your information to lead-aggregator networks, broker shops, or third-party moving directories. We don’t run a referral kickback. If a Verde Valley mover has called you with your move details, it didn’t come from us.
What we share, and with whom
- Our payment processor sees the card data you enter for the deposit — we never store full card numbers on our end.
- Our insurance carrier sees building names and addresses if you need a Certificate of Insurance for a Sedona-corridor complex or an HOA move-in.
- That’s it. No data brokers, no remarketing networks beyond standard analytics.
Your right to delete
If you want your quote-form record removed, email us through the contact page and say so. We’ll delete it from the office system inside five business days and confirm by email.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie and an analytics cookie. You can clear both from your browser settings at any time without affecting the quote form.
Updates to this policy
If we change anything material, the new version goes up here with a fresh date at the bottom, and any active quote request gets a heads-up email from the office.
