Where we run the truck every week
Grant builds the daily board across three connected zones — the home Verde Valley, the Sedona corridor, and the Prescott corridor over Mingus Mountain. Below is the community map we actively run, from mesa subdivisions to rural well-and-septic acreage to red-rock-adjacent towns.
The Verde Valley (our home ground)
- Clarkdale — the old planned smelter town, wide grid streets, easy truck access.
- Jerome — historic copper-mining town on Cleopatra Hill, switchback streets, hand-carry and shuttle-van jobs.
- Camp Verde — ranch-and-retiree country off I-17, larger acreage lots.
- Cornville — rural well-and-septic properties along the Verde River.
- Rimrock — dirt-road county lanes and horse-property lots.
- Lake Montezuma — small-acreage retiree community near Montezuma Well.
The Sedona corridor
- Sedona — red-rock real estate, narrow lots, HOA-governed access windows.
- Village of Oak Creek — the south-Sedona bedroom community many of our clients relocate out of.
The Prescott corridor (over Mingus Mountain)
- Prescott Valley — newer subdivisions on the west side of Mingus Mountain.
- Prescott — the Yavapai County seat, a genuine mountain-pass haul on AZ-89A.
How service-area pricing works
The hourly rate is the same — $159/hr for two movers, $209/hr for three — whether we load you in Old Town or out in Rimrock. The only adjustment is drive time: Prescott and Sedona run 30-40 minutes from our yard, and we round drive time to the nearest 15 minutes on the written estimate. No surprise zone fees.
Beyond the listed pages
If you’re in a smaller spot we haven’t listed — Page Springs, Bridgeport, Beaver Creek — call the office. Grant already runs trucks past most of those on the regular Camp Verde board. Send us your address and we’ll tell you straight what the drive-time line will be.
